Using this thoroughly explained, detailed flash lesson, you will see how to create car blink effect using the Oval shapes, color mixer panel and some special flash tips and tricks. You don't have to use action script lesson, to make this lesson. Let's start!








Example:



Step 1

Download my picture.



Step 2

Create a new flash document, choose File > Import > Import to Stage, and import my picture.

Step 3

Double click on Layer1 to rename its name into a background.

Step 4

Insert a new layer and name it blink.



Step 5

Lock the background layer, select the blink layer, take the Oval Tool (O), Stroke color must be switched off, under Fill Color choose any color, hold down Shift key and draw a "circle" at the position like it is shown on the picture below.



Step 6

While your "circle" is still selected open the Color Mixer Panel (Shift+F9) and set the options from the picture below!



Step 7

Hold down Alt + Shift key, and using the mouse do like it is shown on the picture below!



Now you have remove and duplicate a "circle" on the another car light.

Step 8

Insert a new layer and name it blink1.



Step 9

Take the Oval Tool (O), hold down Shift key and draw a "circle" again at the position like it is shown on the picture below. Note! this "circle must be a little bigger than previous. Look at the picture below!



Step 10

While your "circle" is still selected, open the Color Mixer Panel (Shift+F9), and set the options from the picture below.



Step 11

Repeat step 7.

Step 12

Select the first frame of layers blink, and blink1, and using drag and drop technique, movie it on the second frame. Look at the picture below!



If you didn't, click on the second frame of layer background and press F5 (Frame).
