In this, step by step lesson, I will show you how to create very modern and practical, transparent lady animation in flash. You can use this animation as any presentation, for flash banner, header. This lesson is so easy for create and you don't have to use action script code to make it.



Step 1

Create a new flash document. Press Ctrl+J key on the keyboard (Document Properties) and set the width of your document to 450 pixels and the height to 300 pixels. Select any color as background color. Set your Flash movie's frame rate to 28 and click ok.

Step 2

Save now, two images which we'll use for this lesson. The first image is the image of blue citi and the second image is the image of transparent lady.





Step 3

Choose now, file > Import > Import to stage (Shortcut key: Ctrl+R) and import the first image (image of blue citiy) into a flash stage!

Step 4

While the image is still selected, go to the Align Panel (Ctrl+K) and do the following:

1. Make sure that the Align/Distribute to Stage button is turned on,
2. Click on the Align horizontal center button and
3. Click the Align vertical center button.

Step 5

After that, while the image is still selected, press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to convert this image into a Movie Clip Symbol.



Step 6

Click now on frame 20, 120 and 140 and press F6 key.

Step 7

While you're still on frame 140, take the Selection Tool (V) and click once on the image to select it. After that, go to the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3) below the stage.On the right, you will see the Color menu. Select Advanced on it, click on Settings button set the following options and click ok.



Do this also for the first frame

Step 8

Take now again the Selection Tool (V) and double click on layer 1 to rename its name into a city.

Step 9

Right-click anywhere on the gray area between frame 1 and 20 and frame 120 and 140 on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears. See the picture below.

Step 10

Create now a new layer above the layer city and name it lady.

Step 11

Click now on frame 20 of layer lady and press F6 key. While you're still on frame 20 of layer lady, Choose again , file > Import > Import to stage (Shortcut key: Ctrl+R) and import the second image (image of transparent lady) into a flash stage!

Step 12

While the image is still selected, press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to convert this image into a Movie Clip Symbol.



Step 13

Click now on frame 30, 35 and 40 and press F6 key.

Step 14

Go back now on frame 20 and place your image on this position:



Step 15

After that, take the Selection Tool (V) and click once the image to select it. After that, Select Filters tab from the left side. Click after that on the plus icon and select the Blur filter. Make the adjustments as follows:



Now, you get this:



Step 16

Select now frame 30 and place the image on the position like it is shown on the picture below!



Do this also for frame 35 and 40.

Step 17

Go back now on frame 30, take the Free Transform Tool (Q) and enlarge the image a little like it is shown on the picture below.

Step 18

After that, take the Selection Tool (V) and click once on the image to select it. Then, go to the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3) below the stage. On the right, you will see the Color menu. Select Tint in it and make the adjustments as follows:



Now, you get this:



Step 19

Select now frame 40, take again the Selection Tool (V) and click once on the image to select it.After that, Select Filters tab from the left side. Click after that on the plus icon and select the Glow filter. Make the adjustments as follows:

1. Blur X and Y : 17
2. Color: white
2. Quality : Low



Step 20

Right-click anywhere on the gray area between frame 20 and 30, frame 30 and 35 and frame 35 and 40 on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears. See the picture below.



Step 21

Click now on frame 110 and after that, press F6 key six times.

Step 22

Then, click on frame 111, 113 and 115 and press Delete key on the keyboard. See the picture below



Step 23

Click now on frame 120 and press F6 key.

Step 24

While you're still on frame 120, place the image on the position like it is shown on the picture below!



Then, repeat step 18.

Now, you get this:

Right-click anywhere on the gray area between frame 115 and 120 on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears.
