Step 7
While the text ("TUTORIALS") is still selected, press again F8 key to convert it again into a Movie Clip.

Click on frame 15 and press F6 key (Keyframe). Then, take the Selection Tool (V), click once on text to select it. After that, go to the Property inspector once again and click on the Properties tab. On the right, you will see the Color menu. Select Tint, for color choose white, and for Tint Amount set 100%. See the Picture below.

Right-click anywhere on the gray area between the two keyframes on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears.

After that, click on frame 15, and press F6 key six times.

Then, click on every second frame (16,18 and 20), go to the Property inspector and click on the Filters tab. Then, click on plus icon, choose Glow, and set the options from the picture below.

Create a new layer (layer2), and using drag and drop technique, move it beneath the first layer. See the picture below.

Take the Rectangle tool (R).You will draw a rectangle without the outline colors, so click on Stroke color and choose No stroke, under Fill color set #EE761E, and draw a "rectangle" 3x25 px and set it frome the left side of text. See the picture below.

While the "rectangle" is still selected, press F8 key and convert it into a Movie Clip.

Then, click on frame 15 and press F6 key. After that, take the Free Transform Tool (Q), press, and hold down Alt key and do like it is shown on the picture below.

After that, go back on the first frame, take the Selection Tool (V), select the "rectangle" go to the Property inspector once again and click on the Properties tab. On the right, you will see the Color menu. Select Alpha in it and put it down to 0% .

Right-click anywhere on the gray area between the two keyframes on the timeline and choose Create Motion Tween from the menu that appears.

After that, click on frame 21 and press F5 key.
