Step 7
Double click on button, or choose right click and Edit in Place.

Select only the text ("about us"), press Ctrl+X key (Cut), insert a new layer (layer2), click on frame 1 and press Ctrl+Shift+V key (Paste in Place).

Lock layer 2, select the layer 1, and press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to convert it into a Movie Clip.

Then, click on frame 5 and 20 and press F6 key.

Go back on frame 5, take the Free Transform Tool (Q), press Alt key and do like it is shown on the picture below.

After that, select the button, open the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3) and under Color choose Tint and set the options from the picture below.

Click on frame 20, take again Free Transform Tool (Q), press and hold down Alt key, and do like the picture below shows you.

Select the layer 1, and in Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3), under Tween, choose Motion.

Lock layer 1, unlock layer 2 (text layer), select it and press F8 key, to convert it into a Movie Clip.

Click on frame 5 and 20 and press F6 key.

Go back on frame 5, take the Free Transform Tool (Q), press and hold down Alt key, and do like it is shown on the picture below.

Then, select the text ("submit"), open the Properties Panel (Ctrl+F3), under Color choose Tint, set white color and Tint Amount to 100%.

Click on frame 20, and repeat the previous step. After that, while you're still on frame 20, open the Action Script Panel (F9), and paste this script:
